December ​2023 Building Updates - Solar Panels

As of 2021, only 42% of the population in Uganda had access to electricity.  Despite its immense solar power potential, Africa continues to lag behind other continents when it comes to building up grid and off-grid solar capacity, in part due to a lack of investment.  Our supporters provided funds for solar panels which provides power and lighting, this enables a safer experience for the kids for those late night bathroom trips and study sessions.
